Payment and Insurance Information
In order to provide the highest quality care, I am out-of-network with insurance providers. This allows for the following benefits.
- Client-Centered Care: Being out of network allows me to focus entirely on your unique needs, providing more personalized, effective care without the restrictions or time constraints imposed by insurance.
- Enhanced Privacy: This shift ensures your personal information remains private. Unlike in-network providers, I won’t need to share session details with insurance companies, giving you greater confidentiality and peace of mind.
Reimbursify
As a courtesy to my clients, I have purchased a subscription to Reimbursify, which is a platform that helps you look up your benefits and submit for reimbursement without the stress of going through your insurance company. They will take care of the process for you! It is quick, easy, and seamless. Feel free to use the widget below to look up your benefits.
Rates
Sessions with Rose Bleiweis, LCSW-C:
- $170 for intake session/evaluation
- $170 for individual therapy sessions
- $180 for couples sessions
- $200 for fertility coaching (including phone check ins, cycle support, and communication with your medical team) Please note: this is not therapy and should not be substituted for such.
Sessions with MSW Interns:
- $30 for intake session/evaluation
- $30 for child, teen, and adult individual therapy sessions
- $40 for couples sessions
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee and sliding scale services are available on a limited basis. Please discuss with me if you might be needing reduced fee sessions.
Payment
Check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. You will be asked to keep a credit card on file that will be billed the full session fee on the day of session. If you would prefer to pay by check, please speak with me to get that arranged.
