Whether you’re navigating the journey of pregnancy, adjusting to the “new normals” of motherhood, coping with a past or current fertility journey, or dealing with the heartache of pregnancy loss, I’m here to take this journey with you.
Many of my clients are struggling with feelings of loss, anxiety, or uncertainty, or working through the emotional rollercoaster that can come with these experiences. Whether it’s learning to manage the pressures of societal “shoulds,” dealing with fears surrounding pregnancy after loss, or processing the complexities of marriage and motherhood, you don’t have to face it alone.
If any of these resonate with you, I may be the right support for your journey. Together, we can navigate this challenging chapter with care, compassion, and understanding.
You might be wondering why I chose to specialize in infertility, perinatal/postpartum care, and parenting. The answer is simple—I’ve been there. Beyond the extensive training and trauma-informed certifications I’ve earned, I’ve personally walked many of the paths my clients navigate.
As a mom of two IVF babies, I know the pain of pregnancy loss and the intense pressure to “be the best” as a parent in a society that demands perfection. I understand the importance of a trusting, non-judgmental space where you can be fully authentic and share your truth.
Whether it’s the tears, the laughter, or everything in between, I am here for all of it.
I enjoy working with:
Reproductive concerns and infertility (specialty)
Pregnancy and postpartum (specialty)
Women’s issues (specialty)
Relationship concerns
Life adjustments
ADHD
NICU trauma (specialty)
Anxiety (specialty)

Hi! My name is Aliza Reinstein, and I am a dedicated graduate student, currently serving as a therapy intern at Hopeful Core Therapy under the supervision of Rose Bleiweis, LCSW-C.
I am focused on providing compassionate and effective support to individuals facing personal challenges and fostering resilience with an enthusiasm for mental health and commitment to evidence-based practices.
I currently provide individual and group therapy to children ages 4-14, adolescents ages 14-18, and adults ages 18-65. I utilize creative therapy techniques to engage with clients who prefer the use of art, play, or other interactive therapies. I also utilize talk-therapy and work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy lense.
I am a Master of Social Work Candidate at the University of Maryland School of Social Work with a Clinical Concentration. My academic journey includes hands-on training in therapeutic techniques and psychological assessment. In 2023, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Science with Honors from Colgate University, where I conducted research focusing on self-perceptions of peer relationships and community engagement in individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities. My interests include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavioral interventions, and I am enthusiastic about incorporating evidence-based practices into my work with clients.
Through my experience working with children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disabilities, I have honed my skills in both individual and group therapy settings. My research and clinical practice background has equipped me to engage with diverse populations and advocate for mental health awareness, neurodiversity affirming care, and social inclusion. I am dedicated to creating a warm and supportive environment for my clients. I strive to build strong therapeutic alliances and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each person’s unique needs and goals.
I am eager to continue my professional growth and contribute to positively impacting the lives and well-being of my clients. My dedication to creating meaningful change and continuous professional development make me a valuable therapist.

Hi! I’m Allison. I am a second year graduate student currently interning at Hopeful Core Therapy. My academic background is in psychology with multiple years of experience working in a clinical setting.
With a passion for mental health, I am dedicated to helping clients create lasting change.
While pursuing my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, I have gained experience working in one-on-one and group settings. I primarily work with teens and young adults dealing with trauma, sexual identity concerns, relationship issues, and ADHD.

Hi! I’m Andrew. I am an MSW graduate student at Catholic University, currently interning as a therapist at Hopeful Core Therapy.
As I near the completion of a master’s degree in clinical social work, I draw on my background in psychology and my passion for supporting individuals through their mental health journeys. My approach to therapy reflects my commitment to integrating evidence-based practices and creating a compassionate environment, aiming to help clients achieve their personal goals and enhance their well-being.
I primarily work with adolescents and adults, with clinical focuses in men’s issues, athletes, infertility, and social pressures.
Through my coursework, I have developed a strong interest in both cognitive-behavioral
and psychodynamic approaches to therapy. I am drawn to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)
for its structured, goal-oriented methods and its focus on improving thought patterns and
behaviors. At the same time, I am interested in psychodynamic therapy for its exploration
of unconscious processes and how past experiences shape present emotions and behavior. This blend of approaches allows me to address a wide range of client needs and tailor interventions to best support individual therapeutic goals.
In my free time, I enjoy photography, restoring vintage canoes, and hiking with my dog.
I am enthusiastic about contributing to the Hopeful Core team and supporting clients on their
journey to well-being.I enjoy working with:
Men’s issues
Young adults
Athletes
Infertility / Male fertility
Relationship concerns
Teen issues
